Separation steps

① The wastewater enters the slag removal system, which automatically separates large particle waste into slag storage tanks.

② Wastewater enters the storage tank and is pumped to the buffer tank by a submersible sewage pump.

③ The wastewater in the buffer tank flows automatically into the main separation tank.

④ By using a buffer inclined plate separation device and gravity separation method, the oil is separated into a collection bin.

⑤ The oil collection bin is equipped with a constant temperature device, which prevents the oil from condensing and allows for regular discharge.
